Who do you think is working in the labs and how are they supposed to get paid? That incentive is to pay chemists and trial patients and Dr.'s not to fill their own pockets. Get a grip. There is little revenue coming in until drugs get approved by FDA. It's not to screw over share holders. It take money to make money, and when drugs start getting cleared its going to make money, a lot of it.
