Court ordered mandatory mediation in early August. The Judge would not have ordered mediation in a nearly 3 year old case if he was going to grant summary judgment in favor of Comcast and dismiss the case. A judgment for anything close to $150 Million Dollars would surpass every company on the OTC. A pot stock with its own licensed cultivation facility in Las Vegas, recreational marijuana on the ballot in Nevada for November, ownership in WeedTV.com and a possible $150 Million Dollar judgment coming against Comcast. It doesn't get any better than that:
