Gotta love these pump and dumps.
They gave the private owners of Media360 54 BILLION diluting shares of DRNK and put the value at $.000075/share, which added $4 million to the equity section and they portray that as "good news". Heck, they should have given them a trillion shares and they could have announced $75 million being added to the equity section.
And note no mention of "no convertible debt". Just paying off 2 lenders.

Always read these PRs VERY carefully, lest you end up falling for them.

Maybe today will at least allow a few folks to get out at break even from $.0001 and not just feed the toxics.
