I think Buying back shares of this company by insiders will start "AFTER" the Elections.

This particular Company needs to wait until the Legalization of Marijuana is passed on November the 8th, 2016 in California and Nevada Specifically.

They also need to wait until Health Canada convenes their committee at the End of November to get the details for the 2017 Recreational market numbers.

Only then, will they be guaranteed a "Huge" amount of Accounts forthcoming.

There will be some accumulation[small amounts] of shares bought as this stock continues the downward slide.

I may be buying some more Myself, but I am lying in wait for a positive move upward in share price.
