I wonder when all of SEC reports will be posted

There are no SEC reports. CSOC is not an SEC registrant. They were, but they deregistered last year. HUGE red flag. Companies deregister to better hide from the regulators and run pump and dumps and/or scams, which certainly seems to have happened here.

Paying OTCMarkets to post non-compliant "financial statements" on their website is absolutely meaningless. OTCMarkets is a PR company, not a regulator. Anything companies pay to post there should not be considered factual in any way. Because 99% of the time, they aren't.
