This could be our guy

I'm going with Sleeping Giant Brewing Co. it's a 67,000-square-foot warehouse near 6th Avenue and Interstate 25. It’s a contract brewery,
which brews, packages and ships beer of smaller craft brewers, needs more capacity to keep pace with demand.

Breweries come to Sleeping Giant with their recipes and order a certain number of cases or kegs. Then Sleeping Giant will quote a price, brew the beer, can or keg it, and ship it to the customer.

Looking at the PR:
SIPC says 70,000 sq. ft.
Sleeping Gaint is 67,000 sq. ft.

SIPC mention Enhanced Production Capacity,
prepared to meet a quickly growing demand

Sleeping Giant is brewing for about a dozen clients
and will increase the brewery’s capacity by about 25 percent.

BTW Sleeping Giant is currently producing Hemp Beer for Dad & Dude's
