Thank you all for your input on my post. I thought I made it clear that the #2 Markiplier Comic NOT BEING DELIVERED ON TIME Is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE TO ME. And NOT TO FOLLOW UP WITH ANY COMMENTS IS ALSO UNACCEPTABLE TO ME. AND TO CHARGE FOR OTHER ISSUES WHEN CURRENT ISSUES HAVE NOT AS YET BEEN DELIVERED IS ALSO UNACCEPTABLE TO ME. My comment about the percentage of complaints to the total amount of subscribers is possibly what might be in question. As an example if 40 people complain and you are shipping 4000 Boxes or some similar ratio, I would call that a pretty good ratio. However if you are only shipping 400 Boxes and get 40 complaints that would be pretty bad in my opinion. However, no matter how few complaints there may be I feel they should be taken care of ASAP and not looked at as unimportant to the over all picture. This delay has certainly gone way beyond justification and without comment only magnifies the problem. Tlsmd.
