The massive amount of toxic death spiral convertibles has crushed the stock, and since there are at current prices another 92 BILLION common shares that can be sold into the market, at a guaranteed 50% profit, right now, there is no chance the stock will go anywhere. Just down, down, down, which is all it has done since they first issued the toxic death spirals.

Not to mention the company is insolvent.
