This is one of the most bizarre oddities.
Went dark in 2001. Last financials available are from Dec 2000
Filed for bankruptcy apparently, in 2001 and sold assets, leaving the ticker a shell.

But.. it is still trading. WTF?

I don't care about it enough to give Delaware $20 to check the corporate status
