That's just great, after all the money they spent on the abattoir.

I don't think they will sell it any time soon. First they have to merge, then do the audits, then spin it off. It will take years. And I wouldn't be surprised if they picked the wrong partner. Any time you get involved with a Chinese partner, there's a big risk. And the auditing is a bitch. So, I don't have the answer for that one. Or HSA. I think it will remain a bitch for some time.
