Realistically they need a major and I mean major deal like they have talked about but never gotten. They have no money for a share buyback and a reverse split on sub penny would equate to a total meltdown here. If by some miracle the audit is done they can't even uplist to OTCQB because they can't get to a penny. Core business is fine but as has been stated many times has never increased share price. Pinky's thrive on news even if it is bullshit and we have none here
