TWO years ago the legal team was concerned about putting former removed board member of Supreme Energy Joe "I'M THIRSTY" Schivelotto on the stand.
It looks like they are still concerned about letting Joe testify and they will either settle or risk JOE talking.

I agree.IFUS pps was at .04, the plant had product ready to go and the former board members of IFUS initiated their poorly thought out plan to prevent IFUS from making the payment on time.
I wonder how the defense team will prepare Joe Scivoletto if they do not settle.
