Unfort, Richards lack of marketing this project called encompass, has been made clear he is closing down any "spread the word" Joy, so I really can't say for sure what will spark the spark. My calls on levels were considering he would be cheerleading price, and if it began to prop up, THEN that's when technicals come into play... If we see any solid volume push this above .07 and it holds, we can revert to my calls of low teens and higher, but the higher levels are only going to come from NEWS at that point. I'll post more once it begins to see some upside through .05 before I can make any further calls
