This one is from last year... The only people that have the QUANTITY of shares to be willing to pay for these promos, are the insiders and their cronies, right? After the RS pretty much all of the stock has gone to a small group of CLOSE people...

Theres been no financiers funding them, which is often the source of promo in pennyland... and random people dont pay for promo when they dont have SIZE to unload..
