Valid points on the CEO issues. But talk is cheap. If anyone seriously is thinking of suing the company, it has to be filed and then it has to be brought to the bankruptcy judge in the next few weeks.

I don't suppose anyone thinks they can sue a company out of bankruptcy for something that happened before bankruptcy. No one thinks that, right?

Well then. Time for action, not idle threats.

My experience dealing with pink sheets is there are always a lot of hot air threats by burned shareholders with losses, toward the company (the same company they were praising just weeks ago), but no one actually even takes the first step towards filing a lawsuit. They hope that others will do it. But hope doesn't get it done! I don't expect anything different here.
