Thanks for the link. I had looked at that, but it did not include what I believe to be potentially very significant information... i,e, a security interest in the patents.

To help out with clear demonstration, please look at Exhibit 10,4 Security Agreement, Exhibit A (collateral) item c, which references Schedule A-1, which indicates that to see the patents pledged one must go to an attachment. I do not see how to open that attachment. Perhaps it is a problem with using a tablet rather than a full blown computer. I do not know... But I do know that I would like to know if any patents are being pledged as collateral, and if so, which ones.
