Dear Shareholders of Viper Networks:

Viper is working with Apollo Metro on several contract with large US and International customers to deploy the latest smart cities solutions. These project are long cycle and long term, it is not as simple as a home project that you pickup you parts from local hardware store and get it done in couple of days. Some of the projects can take few months to few years to get approved and get started, as you are dealing with government process and sometimes bidding process.

We are please to say that one of the projects is officially started and the 1st phase is installed last week for smart city lights with WiFi int the city of Plainville, CT.

We are also in the process of building more smart city products for Collier Count in Florida.
