I'm not entirely sure your statement is correct. While it is true all clinical trial data to date is targeting patients who already have or have had these types of cancers, the compound is actually a vaccine. I'm no medical expert but to me, the term vaccine is synonymous with prevention of disease occurrence and therefore it is not outside the realm of possibility that these therapies could be used in the future to "prevent " certain forms of ovarian/breast cancers from metastasizing later in life in patients who are pre-disposed or have certain genetic markers. So yes, the therapies TAppimune are developing do not "treat the cancer" once you have it (that's where radiation / chemo etc. come in) but that doesn't mean they won't be used to prevent it from occurring in the first place. I've heard Wilson speak about that many times in interviews etc.
