I just called RCPI at a number listed for three departments at their HQ. (804-527-1970), and received a recording that the number is no longer in service. I gave this company the benefit of the doubt for months and months. This seems just one more indication that they have no compunction about washing their hands of all the retail shareholders. I mentioned before that in some research, After Blockbuster declared BK, they at least has the decency to publicly disclose that shareholders would probably get nothing. RCPI could issue a similar update; and, if it is not legal to do so, they could issue a PR saying why they cannot divulge anything to with IP or other matters. As someone else remarked upon, if I find that Roskpamp is still conducting any tests with anatabine, I will look for legal recourse. And by the way, did RCPI suspect the company would need to decalre BK wen they did a news release in August (I believe)? If so, I wonder if that in itself is fraudulent. I think I will next send a letter to Mullan thanking him for keeping shareholders and former loyal customers so in the loop. (sarcasm)
