Lol. The difference here is that GSAT doesn't need approval to remain a "going concern", but I'm sure you know of there other profitable products. They were the first to offer a link to smart phones, and that other satellite providers took over two years to catch up to their technology. That Globalstar is the name most trusted by rescue response teams across North America. That their spot products are the name used by the Yukon Quest, the most grueling dog sled race in the world!!! That more snowmobile clubs in Canada chose Globalstar over any other provider!!!

We don't need approval to survive, but when it hits, i hope you're in... Globalstar is the number one innovator of the satellite industry, there satellites are the first and only ones to be set in space with wide spectrum capabilities. Globalstar is the first company to break into global satellite tracking market for Airplanes, and Nasa flight products. I wonder why this is?? INNOVATION! A company that has a business future with or without FCC approval.
