If it does not break above .0024 on heavy volume, I see it falling back to .0012 to .0013. I believe .0015 would be a good buy. Every time it rebounds, it sells off on heavy volume. Traders are shorting it, riding it down 50% and buying it back. This will be the fourth downtrend since the reverse split. It will fall to .0012 or .0013 and we will see a long white candle when it reverses and begins its up trend. Good luck with this one.
