Just tagged, re-tested .0022, the recently made new ALL, ALL, ALL TIME LOW, made a few days back. Aka, .0000022 split corrected for the Nov 2015 massive 1-for-1000 REVERSE SPLIT.

There's just appears to be no stemming the devastating affects of USRM's continuous use and reliance on floorless, toxic, convertible debt borrowing to fund their operations and spending. This thing is in the classic death spiral looks like to me, and NO, the "new biz plan" thingy that Miguel pitched a while back in some "blog" and a "PR" or whatever, about "revenue" supposedly getting rid of their need to rely on convertible debt financing..blah..blah...blah..hasn't amounted to jack crap that I can see....since he, as CEO made those statements.

The stock has made more RECORD LOWS on HIGHER VOLUMES and diluted out MORE SHARES at a record pace, greater than ever before, in just the past 1 yr alone.

Their ole "plan" don't seem to be working IMO. And Miguel is spending a fortune on lawyers and retaining large law firms and now has former BOD members and insiders and the guarantors of the company's largest bank debts, has um suing the company via their firm Northstar Biotech LLC alleging INSOLVENCY, potential self dealing or insider dealing(s), attempts to sell the company w/o informing the proper parties involved, etc. Pretty serious stuff.

Meanwhile, the shares just continue to go straight to the bottom at what appears to be an ever accelerating pace. I'd say TRIPLE ZEROES are in the "on deck" circle IMO. The Bid went thin today, now loaded all the way to .0015 w/ MM MAXM parked there, a MM you don't see move up the Level II very often on this stock. Telling me, my guess, is they intend to take it down to that level sooner than later as a dilution MM.

Next stop after that, if I was a betting man, is it will break into the "TRIPS", the triple ZEROS and hit .0009 within a month or two at most if the present dilution mass selling and dumping continues at anywhere near its current pace.

NOT looking good here IMO. FALLING Bid...and FALLING Ask, almost every few days now, and BIG DOWN DAYS on very high volumes. BAD COMBO, does not paint a rosy picture going forward IMO.

This thing is on life support, same as the Northstar Biotech LLC lawsuit formal complaint states, as filed with the court.

Type in "U.S. Stem Cell" on the Broward County 17th circuit "case search" and you'll find the lawsuit.

Case: CACE16016085
Filed 8/30/2016
Plaintiff: Northstar Biotech Group, LLC
Defendant: U.S. Stem Cell, Inc

Judge ID / Name: 18 Garcia-Wood, Marina

Plaintiff's attorney retained: Brent A Friedman

It's all explained in Northstar's lengthy formal complaint and their subsequent 12 page motion to the court, requesting the court to appoint a RECEIVERSHIP to take over the day to day operations of the company, from CEO Miguel (Mike) Tomas and the present BOD, the ones remaining, after one left and Miguel canned the other, long standing BOD member, Charles Hart.
