Fellow KTOV(W) Investors -- I reached out to the company yesterday to confirm the veracity of sal's and brad's excellent Q an A with CEO Issac Israel. I believed them, of course, but owed it to myself to confirm given the large investment I have with the company. Since my email, sal and brad made a couple minor corrections to the original transcript, which sal has posted.

Here is the response:

Dear Scott - hello

The emails sent to the [e-mail] email address are forwarded automatically to the Company Secretary as a regular matter of course. I can confirm that Mr. Isaac Israel, our CEO and a director of Kitov, conducted a phone conversation with two investors who had reached out to him with some questions about the Company. Our Company strongly believes in maintaining regular open communication channels with our investors. That being said, we also abide by securities laws and regulations applicable to our company.

In compliance with our general corporate policies, Mr. Israel did not selectively disclose any material nonpublic information to these investors. The content of the document as initially published by these investors was neither prepared by, nor vetted by, the Company, and the Company disclaims all responsibility as to the accuracy of its contents or any lack thereof.

Following publication, however, we reached out to these two investors in order to clarify the above, and also requested that they remove certain content which Mr. Israel did not state, as well as add appropriate clarifications and disclaimers to certain matters. It is our understanding that they have done so.
