empty as in no customers ... and he picked probably the sleepiest town and street in a north jersey county littered with malls. Virtually zero foot traffic passes his store. I guess when his stuff didn't sell so well in the Kay's @ Paramus Mall he knew his sales wouldn't cover the expensive mall rent. Closter is just a complete disaster and waste unless he's been able to scoop up a few of the local millionaire's as frequent customers. What's he reporting in sales there?
