Curious is more the way i see it.
Dont you find it odd that that there is no mention of a 1:12500 RS of IGEX?

Also dont remember mention that Dan was awarding himself 5% of the shares.

No biggie. I just think thats a pretty nice self reward. Seems he will be the one shareholder that doesnt get such a bad share reduction.
Although without the RS mentioned its hard to tell if he will get 5% of the billion IGEX shares or 5% of the post split IGEX shares or 5% of the shares following the distribution.
Quite a big difference in amounts depending on when.
