Read the fine print! They now own only a lease and have created debt. They no longer have any security to pledge for financing of the project and so terms to raise any funds will be quite steep. I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity today to sell all of my shares at a handsome profit. Perhaps I was premature and when this 8K information is more widely disseminated there will be fresh buying and I will have missed some upside. However, anyone who does DD or knows a real estate developer they can ask, will probably bale. I don't know who it will be that will end up developing the Mass. project, but' it appears clear that ACAN will be a minority player in this at best. GLTA!
