SALT LAKE CITY, UT / ACCESSWIRE / October 20, 2016 / Motion Entertainment Group Inc., fka Compass Biotechnologies, (COBI) announces the utilization of intellectual property rights for sought after entertainment product and equipment lines from Motion Sound and Magic Trix. While the company awaits final name and symbol change approval from the regulatory agencies, the company is forming two subsidiaries, Motion Sound Holdings Inc. and Magic Trix Inc., as called for in the definitive agreement, to manufacture, market and sell these in demand multimedia and entertainment products.
