I love the news this morning. You see patches and gums etc but like they stated there is no cigarette to help quit. Smoking is a habit so it's very hard to just wake up one day and not do something that's become a habit. I like that this will slowly break the addiction part which in turn will then slowly break you out of the habit of smoking itself. Your no longer addicted to it so it will be much easier to pass on the smoke breaks and eventually not want them at all. I know this isn't related but they make non-alcoholic beers and when I wanted to stop drinking I turned to those to crave my need for wanting a beer and after about a month I no longer drink and have been sober since. I drank for 8 years so I would kinda see these working the same way but for smokers and I think its great.
