9/26 we closed above a penny. It's 30 calendar days so less than a week from now we are QB eligible. I'm not holding my breath on an up-list right now as I think it would be wise for Waldrop to wait at least until the numbers from this current quarter are on paper (mid Feb or so) I think from there going forward 'real investors' will come to the table and they can stop using these convertible notes. So long as this type of financing is used, there's always the risk of dipping below a penny which can de-list them from QB back to pinky.
