As the same thing last year. The best bet is with the state of Florida. UNGS is not a reporting company and has been careful to not sell non-exempt shares.

Very little the SEC can do.

Besides....just like last year and the year before that, someday Wayne will file another lie PR and all his "critics" will fall in love with him all over again.

Wayne knows this and his scam is empowered by it.
