Glad you didn't? It was a surprise to the market because Roger and team said the ITA probably wouldn't be approved until mid to late November. Either they provided some "cushion" in their timeline or Health Canada was pressured a bit to get it done.

Also, yesterday I saw an update from Zack's verifying that they thought the ITA wouldn't be approved until mid November.
