Data seems to be parsed carefully to not jump to conclusions --
means it takes longer to show results but should avoid the disaster of "futility" we saw in June, when MAYBE mgmt. rushed scientists b/c of their own desperation to bolster stock and company -- having issues public offering after public offering and done everything they could to kill it.

I say "called it" that retracing to LOY ca. .26 is the low here even before R/S, JIMHO selling @these levels is betting the wrong way.
