The public markets fail many OTC companies, so Management are simply growing revenues without the aid of the public market. In return the public market likewise ignores UCPA. I didn't really understand this a couple of years ago, but I do now.

Maybe in 3-5 years UCPA will have bigger profits, and then complete their audit, and uplist to a traded Exchange and say goodbye to OTC land.

Maybe over the next 3-5 years UCPA will require additional funding and then come to life in the way OTC traders want. In that sense the OTC is good as a dilutive insurance mechanism, so operating companies don't fail. On that basis worth the annual fees to OTC Markets.

My conclusion is that UCPA Management are doing the right thing as a company, and that the market has failed.
