Are you talking about Double Crown Resources (DDCC)? Cuz, the Double Crown I am seeing is in horrible position.

Their Translock patent, which was worth next to nothing anyway, was given away. They are now promoting a nonexistent gold and silver mine in Puebla, a State of Mexico that has no gold and silver mines.

And, they have not filed financials all year. Hard to raise money from convertible lenders if they are not current.

Finally, there are a number of complaints filed against DDCC with the applicable agencies. It is just a matter of time before DDCC management get a subpoena for their records.

You must be talking about some other Double Crown because the one I know is a POS.
