My lack of medical background limits my comprehension of some of the technicalities so would someone more conversant with the arcane material please confirm or refute my understanding.

I believed that salvage therapy using BP 1001 had been approved/authorized, because three of four clinical study refractory patients showed partial or full remission. If this is true is BP 1001 being used as the treatment of choice for all patients, nation wide, in the “salvage” category? Since these people have no hope with other treatments then shouldn't they be given the chance of survival, even 'though they are not part of a clinical trial? If people are being treated can we know the treatment success rate? It would seem reasonable to believe there should be many such cases by now across the country and the results would be of great interest.
