I asked for examples of toxic death spiral issuers that survived and thrived. Your examples are barely surviving, and certainly not thriving.

But your example of VSUL being driven down from $10 a few months ago to 60 cents recently is a good example of what toxic death spiral financings do to a company.

And neither example were "in the clutches" of toxic death spirals, as the first paid them off before they were even convertible (which meshes with the examples I stated), and the second may or may not issue more very soon.

As I originally stated, issuers that resort to toxic death spirals are already in horrible financial condition. And toxic death spiral issuers do eventually die. Your two examples are very sick, and both are likely to issue more toxic death spirals in the future. So, instead of disproving my statements, they are just likely two more future examples of toxic death spiral victims.
