This is so bad here with current holders concerning volume and posts, it's amazing. Who was the daredevil that bought 28 shares.LOL

This is the way I see LIBE atm. It may not be 100 percent accurate, but penny companies are not linear, and down the road anything can happen, good or bad.

I would add, and anyone here correct me if I am wrong. Concerning the 8K. It looks to me, near, medium term, say 3-6 months, the most that can be diluted is 25 million shares + debt conversions, unknown. ( Depending on share price at the time.)

In the past I thought I understood what they say and the timing of things, and boy was I wrong. so now I just pick out numbers I read on them and consider the worst.

So at full dilution 25.5 million Knori shares * .10 cents a share = say 2.8 mil M/C, including old debt, guess on old debt, depending future price. Not bad with a 3 million plus in sales company. Less then 1 to 1 price to sales. Put in a growth premium, and we could say .10 cents is a very solid conservative floor for a long time. Could say worst case scenario, especially considering future good news and premiums to price.

Comments welcome. Not everyone at once considering how excited this board is. LOL.
