They have the email address, the problem is Benny/The Zwag Box Team are ignoring the emails. People are sending in requests, very few were being answered (and, I guess, none, right now).
I'm guessing that it's the majority of subscribers that are having the billing problems. Anyone that had a credit/debit card with money available was probably charged.
The lack of communications is a systemic problem (shareholders had to deal with it, also). Benny seems to go into hiding whenever there are problems.
