Once again, bankruptcy will be final well before there is any outcome on the company that gave IMSC a lifeline, Platinum. Of course, your own IMSC is the one pushing for a quick settlement, so you can thank them! lol

Regarding the other part, can you site a single example of a company having so called "lending violations" that resulted in the debt to another company being washed away?

And what exactly did your CEO agree to with Platinum, a company he spoke so highly of, that would be a "lending violation"?
