So....are you claiming that the company made blatantly false statements in its SEC filings by stating the following?

"We entered into Subscription Agreements (the “ Subscription Agreement ”) with various individuals (each, a “ Purchaser ”) between July 23, 2015 and March 31, 2016, pursuant to which the Company sold Senior Secured Convertible Debentures (the “ Debentures ”) and warrants to purchase shares of common stock..."




Look, you clearly have no understanding of the timing of closings or the circumstances. You just cherry picked the high price and extrapolated this was the price the offering was raised against. Nonsense

You also can't seem to accept that even if the shares were trading at 35 the entire offering period (which they were miles away from doing) it would have still been a great deal for the company to price restricted conversion shares at a fixed 20% discount to pay down all their toxic instruments. However as i stated, this wasn't the case.

Why else do you think it took so long to close, because it was such a great, massive discount to the investors?

Really? If I have to make sense of this to you that this is an extremely clean deal for this company, then you're just not capable or willing to understand it
