Yeah, its been over a year and this loan was the home stretch we were all waiting for. And because of how it was handled along with the lies, it's futile to keep holding in my opinion also.

Obviously and despite the fact they're now profitable, they aren't going to reduce the share structure or do anything to show the market they actually give a crap about retail holders except keep blowing smoke up our rears. If they do I'll be shocked but I doubt it very, very much.

But its not even the fact they wrote up a derivative to the loan. Its the fact they've lied, mislead investors, pulled a boiler room type scam, and shares have been dumped every time we get good news. Plus now the outstanding shares are going to approx over 19 million by the end of the year on phase 2 of the loan.

And what's messed up, is because they're now profitable, the company in all reality could take back free shares given away in the IPO and return them to the treasury.

There's currently over 13.6 million shares between the CEO and his family alone and only approx 3.6 million other issues not including TDG. The CEO in all reality could control the company with 6.4 million shares. That would be an o/s of 10 million in the same exact position they're in now.

That would also leave TDG enough room to flip into a 25% preferred position (2.5 million common shares fully diluted) plus their avg pps would drop to like .215 a share.

Sounds nice, no? But actually all I see right now is them using common shares to pay off TDG and the rest of the debt which isn't that much, then they'll go dark, deregister, and take the company private. Its a perfect set up.
