Anyone familiar with the OTC knows that a stock trading at $.0001 has the possibility of doing either a R/S or a R/M.

To deny that possibility out of hand is what's comedic.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
