Dave Foley set up Royal Capital Group before heading to prison and used this vehicle to sell millions of dollars worth of NTEK shares. This stock is a total scam!

Ultraflix is used to sell shares, they spend all their cash on paid penny stock promotions and apparently have nothing left to advertise Ultraflix.

NTEK = Share selling scam. Look at how many A/S raises they did followed by a R/S. Not to mention all the corrupt stock promoters circling this stock. Best to steer clear.
