The A/S was raised to accommodate the need for ROCKWELL CAPITAL to sell all of the stock they continue to convert. When each conversion is done at a 50% discount, it's pretty easy to SCREW everyone who has NO idea what they are doing and what the dishonest CEO did by assigning the debt without noting it in the financials. THIS IS A SCAM.
