This is the target audience, the 98% of folks on the boards that are either clueless or stupid, perhaps willingly so.

They are snake oil salesmen, they have no clue how to run a business, especially a publicly traded one so they do what they know, lie and deceive. It's the gradual transfer of wealth from the ignorant to the sociopath.....
