I think he's talking about the tie to PPPI (which is sitting at no bid, no rev, etc.) and ties to other now defunct/discontinued tickers (RGTX, DIGA, WOGC). Looks like a bunch of stock was issued to the CEO, McFadden, or issued to fund hefty license fees for what is not clear (scam?). McFadden holds (held?) 65% of common stock.

Furthermore, pretty much all revs were from the former business model (oil & gas), so not very comforting for sure. They will either likely raise the AS or RS. Or both. GLTA
