The common shares are worthless. They are being cancelled under the Bankruptcy Plan.

"All Interests in SFXE and all stock certificates, instruments, and other documents evidencing such Interests in SFXE shall be cancelled as of the Effective Date".

There is still the matter of the potential lawsuits against old management, but the creditors will get first shot at those, too. Chances of the common shareholders getting anything from such suits are slim, at best. Otherwise, shareholders get absolutely nothing.

Anyone that buys or holds shares in SFX will lose 100% of their money.
