VMGI = worthless stock
Worthless CEO now pretty much abandoned VMGI after awarding himself and insider special preferred shares, each worth 1,500 common shares. These will total over 8 billion more common shares, when converted.
Unfortunately for VMGI, their share structure is pretty much maxed out at 4 billion shares, and they do not have enough shares in reserve for the extra 8+ billion common shares.
