Who, in their right mind, would give funds to Seth when he's a proven track record of being an utter failure at running companies? NO ONE. They know they would suffer the same fate as us regular shareholders.

He's had over a year to get funding, to make business deals but has not done so whatsoever.

TAUG is dead.
