Doesn't trade like it has been diluted. Issuing shares to grow the company is not a bad thing its a good thing. Issuing shares without growing the business just to line the pockets of the company Slick Exec's is a bad thing.
Much better to sell shares than to get stuck in a bad financing deal for 50% Interest or Convertible Debentures and warrants which give the lender an insane amount of shares which they sell off at any price they can get as they do not care one bit about the company's they finance, Their only concern is getting their Money Back ASAP and how much more money they can Fleece the Poor Desperate Companies who must have Cash Flow to Keep Going and achieve their goals, but these small Penny Stock companies have no credit, the Banks have all turned them down, and last resort is taking a chance with the Loan Shark type financing deals.In the end it's Us, the Shareholders, who get stuck holding the bag.
